Here's a very primitive doll made from a lady in nearby Watertown NY. Her dolls are just amazing, with such care and detail and a piece of her heart in each one. This gal is nearly 16 inches tall. Her body is stuffed with vintage fabrics. Her apron is a very stained piece of cheesecloth as well as her scarf. Her facial features are all hand sewn and her hair is very grungy twine. She has little black wings and a grungy tag on her front that says "1871". Her legs and hands are twigs. She is a keeper for sure and a one of kind so get her now. $58 does not include shipping

EXTREME PRIMITIVE "HEDDY" DOLL

Here's another great doll from my friend in Watertown. Heddy is loaded with character. Meticulous care and detail went into the making of her. He is made from painted and aged muslin and her eyes are old black buttons. Her nose and lips have been hand stitched. her hair is two shades of sheeps wool. Her body is stuffed with vintage fabrics and her dress is an old feed sack that has been grunged up nicely. She wears a stained cheesecloth apron and scarf and has a red plaid button on the scarf. Old rusty pins finish her look as well as a very stained old tag that reads "HEDDY". She is 25 inches and is a one of a kind. Dont miss out on her. $78 does not include shipping

EXTREME PRIMITIVE FLYING ANGEL DOLL

Wow, here's another great primitive doll from Jane in Watertown NY. She is quite heavy as she has been stuffed tightly with vintage fabrics. Her hair is old stained sheep's wool. Her eyes are old buttons and her nose and lips have been stitched on. She wears a scarf of heavily stained cheesecloth and a very old looking ornate tag hangs down. She has tiny black wings and is 24 inches long. I can't express to you how fabulous this doll is, a true work of art and a one of a kind. $84 does not include shipping

PRIMITIVE "FLORA" FEEDSACK DOLL

You really cant' get much more primitive than this gal. I made her using many different mediums. Her head, arms and legs are made of hand sculpted papier mache which have been painted and antiqued. Her body is made of stuffed muslin. Her dress is made of an old flour sack. Her eyes are buttons. Over her head "hangs" a punch needle embroidered blue and white star. She has hand hooked blue wings that have been hooked from blue hand dyed wool. Her wing span is 15 inches and she is 23 inches tall from the tip of the star to the tip of her toes. $48 includes shipping

PRIMITIVE "LADY LIBERTY" DOLL

This Lady Liberty doll is a bit different than the typical ones you see around. She is a true primitive. Many different mediums were used in her creation. Her head, arms and legs are made of hand sculpted papier mache which have been painted and antiqued. Her body is made of stuffed muslin. Her dress is made of a gorgeous calico with blue and red. Her eyes are buttons. In her hands she is holding a blue and white star that I punch needle embroidered. Her wings are made of beautiful blue hand dyed wool that I hand hooked. Over her head "hangs" a mustard star. Her wing span is 16 inches and she is 22 1/2 inches from the tip of her toes to the top of the star. A true original!!! $48 includes shipping
